Tube ice machine is one kind of ice making machine. It is named for the regular cylindrical hollow Tube shape of
the ice it produces. The name of the produced ice cube is Tube ice. The contact area is the smallest of the existing ice types in the market with the best melting resistance. It is suitable for drinks, decoration, food ice storage and so on, so it is mostly edible ice. The tube ice produced by tube ice machine is a kind of ice block with irregular length and hollow tube. Its inner hole is 5mm~15mm, and the length is 25mm~42mm. There are various sizes to choose from. The outer diameter of the ice is as follows: 22, 29, 32, 35 mm, etc. It is suitable for daily consumption, vegetable preservation and fishery products preservation.

 

The structure of tube ic emachine mainly includes evaporator, condenser, water storage tank, comprressor and liquid storage tank. Among them the evaporator structure is the most complex, the accuracy requirement is the heighest and the manufacturing difficulty is the biggest.  

Tube ice machine can be divided into small tube ice machine and large tube ice machine according to the daily output ( According to the international standard of working conditions: dry bulb temperature of 33°C, inlet water temperature of 20°C ) . The daily ice production of small tube ice machines ranges from 1 ton to 8 tons, and most of them are single structure. The daily ice production of large tube ice machine is from 10 tons to 60 tons, most of which are compound structure and need to be equipped with cooling tower.
